Biersdorf
Global Live Streaming & Broadcast Execution
Understanding the context
Biersdorf runs quarterly interactive town halls broadcast from its Dubai headquarters to teams across multiple regions. These sessions are a core leadership communication channel and need to be delivered consistently, professionally, and without disruption.
Before DS3’s involvement, the live streaming setup and delivery varied between sessions. This increased preparation time, introduced avoidable risk, and resulted in inconsistent broadcast quality across quarters.
Our involvement
DS3 took ownership of the live streaming and broadcast execution for Biersdorf’s quarterly town halls.
Our role focused on establishing a repeatable, reliable production model that could be used quarter after quarter without re-engineering the process each time. This included:
Defining a consistent live streaming and broadcast workflow Standardising audio, video, and on-screen output for all sessions. Managing technical production and live broadcast delivery Supporting leadership teams with preparation and run-throughs. Ensuring each session followed the same delivery structure and quality standard. The emphasis was on consistency, reliability, and reducing operational dependency on individual resources.
What changed
Biersdorf’s quarterly town halls are now delivered through a stable and repeatable live streaming setup. Preparation time has been reduced, broadcast quality is consistent, and delivery risk is significantly lower.
Leadership teams are able to focus on content and engagement, while DS3 manages the technical execution and live delivery. The town halls now function as a dependable, high-quality global communication format that can be repeated confidently each quarter.
