Understanding the context

MCXevents required a clearer and more consistent brand and digital presence to support the scale and complexity of its event operations. While the business was active and well established, its brand and digital touchpoints lacked structure and cohesion. Several challenges were identified:

  • No defined brand system, making visual and verbal communication inconsistent

  • Social media activity lacked structure, limiting clarity and continuity
